Assess the technical quality, capacity, and solvency of the shipyard vis-a-vis owner demands, ship’s design, project costs and specifications

Provide assistance during contract negotiations and in the preparation of contract documents

Review of shipyard’s engineering documents, machinery and equipment specifications

Approval of suppliers and subcontractors

Supervision of all shipyard construction activities up to delivery

Interior supervision & liaison with shipyards

Ensure adherence to contract documents and latest standards, authorities rules and regulations
